Trimould devotes to manufacture high potency and quality mould. Engineering Dept. and Mould Dept. will cooperate and research with each other for every project, and work out the optimal design solution. After the design solution is approved by the Director of Mould Dept., mould design engineer will apply the CAD softwares to draw out the exact drawing. Careful consideration and professional drawing skill can reach customer’s different requirements and satisfy customer’s highest requirements.

Currently, our workshop has a variety of cutting-edge processing machines and inspection equipments, like has 8 sets Sodick slow-feeding WEDM, 1 set Sodick CNC EDM, 4 CNC processing centers, others like EDM, engraving machine, milling machine, grinding machine, single flute drill in total more than 50 sets.

The moulds we make involve in the fields of Electronics & Electrics, Automotive, Elbow Pipe, Industrial, Precision Parts, and we are experienced in large mould, multi-cavities mould, overmoulding mould, metal insert moulding mould, unscrewing mould, lens mould and die casting mould.

Mould Base Standard:

All moulds will use LKM standard mould base if customer doesn’t have any special requirements.

Mould Accessory Standard:

For export mould, all moulds will use HASCO or DME standard accessories if customer doesn’t have any special requirements.

Usually, the 2D layout design of one mould will need 3-5 working days, and the time to finish a complete design (2D, 3D & processing drawing) will depends on the complexity of part structure and how quick customer responds.
