Yes, we have rich experience in making that, and the brands of hot runner we frequently use are: YUDO, INCOE, DME, EWIKON, HASCO, SYNVENTIVE, HUSKY, FISA, etc.
- What are the offer period and design period in Trimould?
Quotation in 3 working days, 2D assembly layout in 3-5 working days, 3D assembly layout in 5-10 working days
- What kind of payment terms does Trimould accept?
Usually, our normal payment terms is: 40% deposit on PO, 30% after first mould tryout, 30% before mould delivery
- How to provide and deliver samples after mould tryout?
Usually, several samples (according to part size) will be provided in free to customer, sent of freight collect by DHL, FedEx, UPS
- How to pack up and deliver mould?
After mould approved by customer, BY AIR: we will spray anti-rust oil on mould outside; BY SEA: we will coat solid oil inside and outside of the mould, and then wrap it in plastic film, seal it into plywood or iron case. Inside the case with mould: mould manual, electrode, hot runner manual
- Does Trimould sign Confidentiality Agreement with customer in quoting period?
Yes, we will sign the NDA with customer to protect customer’s information not to be disclosed
